Booking, Cancellation & Studio Policy:

* Using "Pay Later" please be aware if you miss the session, a no show fee will be for the time booked. Payment must be due before scheduling next appointment. Thanks

* To cancel or reschedule please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice in advance of the appointment date to avoid a no-show fee.

* Cancellations due to severe weather conditions such as snow will be rescheduled.

* Please arrive on time for your session. Sessions start and end at the time booked.

* Studios are nonsmoking but access to a smoking area is made available for guests that wish to smoke.

* No guns or weapons of any kind. It increases the liability for the property as a whole.
